Meet Jonathan... He's doing life his way!
At 31 years old, Jonathan has been in the industry for 6 years. His previous positions included a corporate sales consultant for a large Fitness chain and he was involved in the challenging world of direct sales for 2 years. After receiving a Matric, a Diploma in computer animation, and a degree in agronomy and soil science he was motivated to find a career that balanced life and work equally and the appeal of residual income he therefore decided to look for a position that allowed for quality of life and rewarded hard work. Jonathan sees a Financial Advisor as a person who helps people understand finance and the insurance industry and helps grow their abilities to make practical financial decisions. He feels the industry has changed his life in the many ways. He has a very good understanding of the world of economics helping both his clients and himself and enjoys the ability to earn money independently. He also finds his occupation to be rewarding and sustainable. The biggest reward Jonathan has experienced is the freedom to take control of his life, both financially and personally.
The industry has taught Jonathan the importance of integrity and the personal satisfaction in helping people make the right decisions for them, rather than just selling them a product. Jonathan has faced many challenges thus far including time management and the many intricacies of dealing with a variety of different people.
